At 0949 hours Malvern Fire/EMS was dispatched to the area of N. Warren Ave and Quaker Lane for the accident with entrapment. Deputy 4 responded and was advised of a vehicle down an embankment and the occupants were unable to get out themselves and smelled like it was on fire. Deputy 4 arrived to find a sedan down an embankment with no fire and PD removed the occupant. Fire/EMS units arrived, shut down the roadway, and stood by until the Tow company could remove the car.
