| Malvern Fire Company is seeking qualified individuals for the following positions:
- Full-time Paramedic or Firefighter/Paramedic
- Part-time Firefighter/EMT
- Part-time Paramedic or Firefighter/Paramedic
- PRN Paramedics, Firefighter/Paramedics, and Firefighter/EMTs
EMS ONLY candidates should possess the following prior to applying:
- PA DOH EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, or PHRN certification with EMSVO endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 911 EMS (Preferably in MICU and chase care environments)
- Current CPR
- Current ACLS and PALS (ALS Providers)
- Hazardous Materials Awareness Level
- Valid Driver's License
- Applicable background checks
Firefighter/EMS dual role candidates should possess the above requirements plus:
- NFPA 1001 Firefighter 1
- Hazardous Materials Operations Level
Additional preferred credentials:
- NFPA 1001 Firefighter 2
- NFPA 1002 Driver/Operator certifications
- Engine and Aerial Operations
- Pumps 1 and 2 |
