Active Threat Excercise

On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, the Malvern Fire Company and the East Whiteland Department of Fire and Emergency Services, along with other nearby police, fire, and EMS agencies, participated in an active threat drill. The exercise was conducted in coordination with the Great Valley School District and the Chester County Department of Public Safety. Exercises of this kind help first responders strengthen their skills and ensure they are as prepared as possible in the event of a real emergency.
