Lights on/Lights off?

In the past, emergency vehicles were often driven with lights and sirens to incidents that did not require urgent medical care. This practice resulted in accidents, unnecessary vehicle wear and tear, and no real improvement in response or transport times. Today, we prioritize clinical decision-making over emotional reactions when responding to calls.
