Tanker Assists Station 3

At 7:12 p.m., Tanker 4 was dispatched to assist Station 3 with a stubborn mulch fire. Crews from both stations arrived and used 4000 gallons of water to extinguish the fire on the pile of mulch from the turnpike widening project. Tanker 4 and its crew remained on the scene until they were released by Lieutenant 3C.
