Today, Malvern Parks and Recreation group held its Halloween events in town. It started the day trick or treating on King St. Followed by a parade starting at the Firehouse and ending at Burke Park. Once at Burke Park, the last event kicked off. Engine 4 along with Malvern PD stood by showing off our apparatus and passing out treats and treasures.
