On Sunday July 25 personnel from the Malvern Fire Company and other fire companies across the area paid honor to Firefighter Thomas Royds who recently died in the line of duty serving the citizens of Lower Merion Township. Firefighter Royds had served as a volunteer and career for over 30 years. Fire and EMS personnel from across the region lined the procession route to honor him and pay respect to his family and department.
