At approximately 10pm, The building fire assignment was dispatched for a Commercial Fire assisting the Paoli Fire Company (Sta. 3). Station 2 (Berwyn) and Station 3 units arrived to find a one-story restaurant with fire throughout. Assistant 4 arrived and made entry into the structure with the first in crew and took interior operations. Engine 4 arrived moments later and took a 1 ¾ into the rear of the kitchen area and assisted with extinguishment. Ladder 4 was requested as a 2nd due aerial and took a staging position and crews filled in manpower. First in crews made a strong fire attack and the fire was under control within 30 minutes. Crews remained on scene to assist with overhaul until being released by command.
