Malvern assists on three alarm fire in Tredyffrin Township

On February 24,2019 the Malvern Fire Company assisted the Paoli Fire Company at a three alarm structure fire in the 900 block of Atwater Drive in Tredyffrin Township. Mutual aid companies from across Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties as assisted at the incident. Crews worked together under difficult conditions to fight a stubborn fire in a building under construction and eventually high winds. Thankfully only two minor injuries were experienced by firefighters onscene. Malvern responded with Chief 4, Engine 4, Ladder 4, Squad 4, Ambulance 4-2, Medic 4-1, ATV 4 and the Portable Light Tower. Fire police personnel also assisted onscene. Thank you to the Broomall Fire Company, Concordville Fire & Protective Association and Good Fellowship Ambulance for providing coverage for our area while we assisted the Paoli Fire Company.
