On Tuesday evening 5/23 Malvern Ladder 4, Engine 4-5 and Station 4 EMS traveled to the West Chester Fire Training Center to conduct live fire training evolutions with the East Whiteland Fire Company.

Crews spent the evening drilling on basement fires as well as upper floor fires. Crews focused on hose line management and advancement as well as suppression tactics. Crews alternated between the upper floor fire scenario and the basement fire scenario noting key differences between how each is approached.

Thanks to Station 5 for training with us. We look forward to more joint training in the future!
