On Tuesday April 25th, Malvern Deputy EMS Chief and Sergeant Richard Constantine traveled to Capitol Hill to attend EMS on the Hill Day. Richard was representing the Malvern Fire Company and the Chester County EMS Council at the event.

Richard and other EMS delegates met with representatives from both political parties regarding EMS legislation. The discussions aimed to identify problems with our current EMS system and propose solutions to these problems.
