At 18:06 hrs Station 4 Fire and EMS units were dispatched to Lancaster Avenue west of Central Avenue in Willistown Township for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

Tac 4 and Station 4 EMS units arrived to find a 3 vehicle accident in the eastbound lanes just west of Central Avenue. Due to there being multiple patients, Ambulance 3-1 (Paoli) was requested to the scene as well as Paoli Fire Police to assist with traffic control during the evening rush.

The crew of Tac 4 secured the vehicles and took care of hazards including leaking fluids and debris on the roadway. Ambulance 4-1 and Ambulance 3-1 each transported one patient to a local hospital. Malvern Fire units cleared the scene shortly after the EMS units transported.
