Shortly before 7pm on Sunday evening Malvern Fire and EMS units were alerted to Sugartown Road and School Lane in Willistown Township for reports of a vehicle accident with fire. Responding units learned of a single vehicle versus a deer with the vehicle reported to be on fire.

Deputy 4 (N. Vaughn) and Tac 4 arrived and confirmed a vehicle fire on Sugartown Road. The Tac crew stretched a 1 3/4" line and extinguished the fire. Malvern EMS evaluated the occupant of the vehicle who was determined to be uninjured.

Malvern Fire and EMS units cleared the scene a short time later after the vehicle was removed form the roadway.
