At 10:56 hrs Station 4 was dispatched along with Station 2 (Berwyn) and Station 3 (Paoli) to assist Station 5 (East Whiteland) with a Outbuilding Fire reported as a Shed in the unit block of Old Lancaster Road in East Whiteland Township.

Engine 5-2 arrived on location, laid in and took the driveway, deploying two handlines. While deploying the hoselines the crews faced a fully involved shed along with 1/4 to 1/2 acre of woods. Engine 3-5 arrived on location and supplied water to Engine 5-2 after reports of a hydrant malfunction. The Malvern units arrived along with 3-5 and assisted with fire suppression efforts.
