At 13:15 hours Station 4 Fire and EMS units were dispatched to the intersection of Providence Road and Warren Avenue in Willistown Township for an automobile accident. Initial information indicated a two vehicle crash with at least one person injured.

Assistant Chief 4 (K. Vaughn) responded and was advised that the Police Department was on the scene advising of multiple injured occupants. Assistant 4 requested a BLS Ambulance from Station 54 (Goshen) to assist at the scene.

Ambulance 4-2 with the medic arrived on the scene along with Assistant 4 and began patient care. Tac 4 arrived and worked on securing the vehicles and checking for hazards.

In all, three patients were transported to a local hospital. Station 4 fire units cleared the scene around 14:20 urs
