King Street Crash Injures One

At 18:24 hours the Malvern Fire Company was dispatched to the intersection of West King Street and Malvern Avenue for a motor vehicle accident. The caller indicated that there was a vehcile that had crashed in to a utility pole and that they were unsure about any injuries.

Deputy 4 (Gastwirth) arrived confirming a vehicle in to two poles. Ambulance 4-1 arrived and began patient care as the crew from Tac 4 secured the vehicle and all hazards and debris as a result of the crash.

Ambulance 4-1 transported one patient ALS to a local hospital. Malvern units closed the road due to the poles and wires being down notified PECO. Once PECO arrived and the hazards were mitigated, Malvern Fire units cleared the scene as well around 19:30 hours.
