The Members of the Malvern Fire Company regret to announce the passing of Don "Doc" Dougherty. Doc was a life member of The Malvern Fire Company and will be missed by all who knew him. He was a retired active member of Chester County Fraternal Order of Police and member of Calvary Lutheran Church, The Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks Lodge #853, The Blue Knights Motorcycle Club and founding member of The C.T.A.A. He was an Icon at The Square Bar in West Chester, where he occasionally worked as well and will truly be missed by all. Doc is survived by his daughters, Linda Schellenger of Malvern, PA; Lisa A. Archie (Frank) of Coatesville, PA and Jamme Romanoff (Michael) of Malvern, PA; grandchildren: Sean, Justin, Adam, Ashley, Madison and Julia; brother, Thomas E. Dougherty of Coatesville, PA; step-brother, Eric D. Ruggeri of West Chester, PA and a niece, Shannon. Relatives and Friends are invited to his visitation from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Mon.
