Just before 19:00 hrs on Tuesday night, crews staffed Ladder 4 and Tac 4 and headed to Station 56(Goshen) for the weekly training.

Goshen was generous enough to let us utilize their forcible entry simulator. Often times during fires and other emergencies crews will encounter various kinds of locked doors. If the situation is urgent enough, there is no time to locate a key so the door must be forced open. This task comes with varying degrees of difficulty.

Crews worked through various residential and commercial evolutions on the simulator, which proved to be extremely realistic.

A special Thanks to Assistant Chief Will, Lieutenant Herman and FF Hiro for teaching the drill at Station 56.
