One Confined in Willistown

At 16:15, the Malvern Fire Company was dispatched to the 100 block of Grubb Road for a motor vehicle accident with possible entrapment. MICU 4 arrived and found one vehicle on its side with the occupant still inside and uninjured. Chief 4 requested Squad 5 from East Whiteland for additional assistance.
Upon arrival, crews broke out the sunroof and safely removed the occupant from the vehicle. Chief 4 reduced the scale of the incident, and crews remained on scene until the roadway was reopened.
