At 07:40 hrs, Station 4 Fire and EMS units along with Engine 5-2 (East Whiteland) were dispatched to Warren Avenue in the area of Providence Road for an automobile accident with possible entrapment.

Chief 4 (N. Vaughn) responded and was advised of a single vehicle accident with one vehicle reportedly flipped over and a caller stating that someone may have been trapped inside. Medic 4-2 was clearing another call with Ambulance 5-1 and both units responded to the crash.

Chief 4 and EMS units arrived and confirmed that everyone was out of the vehicle. The crew from Tac 4 arrived and stabilized the vehicle, checked for hazards and stood-by until the tow company arrived.

One patient was transported to a local hospital. Malvern Fire units cleared the scene at approximately 08:30 hrs.
