As the size-up of the scene was continuing the subject in the passenger vehicle self-extricated and it was found there were two injuries at the scene. Chief 4 (N. Vaughn) arrived, established Old Lincoln Highway Command, returned Engine 5-2 and requested a second Ambulance to assist at the scene. Tac 4 arrived and assisted with patient care until both patients were transported by Ambulance 4-2 and Ambulance 5-2 to Paoli Memorial Hospital.
